As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about various car models, features, and financing options. Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points. Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring all vehicles are presented well. Utilise sales management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on potential sales. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer's purchase experience. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle releases.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse clientele. Familiarity with sales management software is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. A proactive approach to upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction is crucial.

Pay: 18,000.00-60,000.00 per year
