Join a well-established and respected motor dealership in Tunbridge Wells, renowned for delivering exceptional customer service and a wide range of quality new and used vehicles. We're now looking for a driven and professional Sales Executive to become part of our successful sales team.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to retail customers, delivering a friendly and consultative experience from initial enquiry to handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle stock and latest promotions Work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm (with a day off during the week) Saturdays: 8.30am - 5.00pm Sundays: 10.00am - 4.00pm (on a rota basis)

Qualifications

Previous car sales experience Full UK driving licence Strong organizational skills and phone etiquette Proficiency in CRM software
