Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
Demonstrate and showcase vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers.
Maintain an organised approach to managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Utilise sales management software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and document sales activities.
Implement upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers via calls or messages.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Experience
Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Familiarity with sales management software is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
