Key Responsibilities
Follow a structured sales process designed to maximise every opportunity
Build strong and lasting relationships with both new and existing customers
Present vehicles, finance options, and insurance products professionally and confidently
Achieve sales, performance, and profitability targets
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
Requirements
Proven sales experience within the motor trade or a similar customer-focused industry
Strong telemarketing skills with confidence in engaging prospects over the phone
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and CRM systems
