We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in order to recommend suitable vehicles. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. Maintain an organised sales environment by keeping the showroom tidy and ensuring all vehicles are presented well. Utilise sales management software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and follow up on potential sales. Employ effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries from customers via phone or email. Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.

Experience

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships. A background in automotive sales or knowledge of vehicles is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn about new products and continuously improve sales techniques.
