We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our reputable automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Previous experience in B2B sales, sales management, or multilingual capabilities are highly advantageous. The successful applicant will be responsible for promoting our vehicle range, upselling additional products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Duties
Engage with potential customers both in person and via telephone to promote vehicle sales and related services
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective buyers
Upsell additional products such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximise sales opportunities
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company policies
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients over the phone or in person
Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear, persuasive dialogue and active listening
Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and customer data efficiently
Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
Effective upselling techniques to maximise revenue from each customer interaction
Good phone etiquette and professional demeanour when liaising with clients over calls
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
