Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Key Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and offer suitable recommendations
Become knowledgeable and 'fluent' in Toyota's products and services
Match customers to the right vehicle, including add-ons and features
Guide customers through the buying process, adapting to their buying behaviour
Encourage test drives and exceptional product experiences
Handle customer issues professionally throughout the customer journey
Follow up leads across all channels: phone, email, walk-ins and online enquiries
Work towards achieving challenging sales targets
Embrace new ideas, processes and training opportunities
Collaborate with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless customer service
Represent the Toyota brand and uphold Currie Motors' values
Experience & Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence (Must Have)
Good general education (GCSE English & Maths minimum; A Levels preferred)
Experience as an Automotive Sales Executive or customer-facing sales role
Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Target-driven with a strong desire to deliver great customer experiences
