Sales Executive



Salary:

20,000 - 45,000 per annum (OTE) with uncapped commission + Company Vehicle

Location:

Twickenham

Hours:

Full-time, including weekend work

Work Pattern:



Monday - Friday:

9am - 6pm (with 1 day off during the week)

Saturday:

9am - 6pm

Sunday:

10am - 4pm (on a rota basis)

Skilled at discovering customer needs and offering tailored solutions Experience in the automotive industry (preferred) or in a similar sales environment Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-driven role Curious, motivated and eager to learn about innovative products and technology Confident communicator with excellent people skills Proactive, with a can-do attitude and strong ownership of tasks Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Key Responsibilities



Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and offer suitable recommendations Become knowledgeable and 'fluent' in Toyota's products and services Match customers to the right vehicle, including add-ons and features Guide customers through the buying process, adapting to their buying behaviour Encourage test drives and exceptional product experiences Handle customer issues professionally throughout the customer journey Follow up leads across all channels: phone, email, walk-ins and online enquiries Work towards achieving challenging sales targets Embrace new ideas, processes and training opportunities Collaborate with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless customer service Represent the Toyota brand and uphold Currie Motors' values

Experience & Qualifications



Full UK Driving Licence (Must Have) Good general education (GCSE English & Maths minimum; A Levels preferred) Experience as an Automotive Sales Executive or customer-facing sales role Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Target-driven with a strong desire to deliver great customer experiences Eligibility to work in the UK
