We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organisation towards achieving its strategic goals. Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational objectives.
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's mission and values.
Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads to enhance team performance and productivity.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community leaders.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare reports for the board of directors detailing progress towards strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Skills
Proven management experience with a track record of successful leadership in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strategic thinking with the capability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
