35,000 - 50,000 OTE

(basic salary + uncapped commission).

Your Responsibilities:



Welcome and guide customers through their car-buying journey. Recommend the right vehicles and finance options based on customer needs. Arrange and oversee test drives. Achieve monthly sales and performance targets. Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle models and dealership offers.

What We're Looking For:



Experience in car or retail sales (1-2 years preferred, but not essential).

Target-driven with excellent customer service skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic. Full UK manual driving licence (required)
