40,000 - 60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging Customers:

Build trust and rapport through face-to-face and phone-based interactions

Tailored Solutions:

Offer competitive finance, insurance, and protection packages that meet customer needs
?

Driving Sales:

Consistently meet and exceed targets while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
?

Managing the Journey:

Guide each customer from enquiry through to vehicle handover with clarity and care

Collaborating:

Work with colleagues to create a high-performing, positive sales environment

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills:

?Proven success in face-to-face or one-to-one sales

?Experience selling finance, insurance, or protection products

?Strong communication and people skills

?A full UK driving licence

Knowledge & Abilities:

?Understanding of FCA compliance

?Familiarity with finance and insurance processes

Confident, well-organised, and digitally literate
