Location: Fords of Winsford, Weaver Valley Road, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 3AL

OTE: 40,000 - 60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

Hours: Full-time | 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

What You'll Be Doing



Inspiring trust with customers face-to-face and over the phone Matching people to cars -- and to the right finance, insurance, and protection packages Smashing targets while delivering an exceptional, no-pressure experience Owning the process from enquiry to handover Working as one team to create a dynamic, high-performance sales floor

What We're Looking For



Experience & Skills



? Background in sales -- whether in automotive, retail, or a customer-focused role

? Experience selling finance, insurance, or protection products

? Confident communicator with excellent people skills

? Full UK driving licence

? Familiar with finance & insurance processes
