About the Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of Motoplex, guiding customers through their vehicle buying

journey from first enquiry to handover. You'll be helping them find the perfect car while building

long-term relationships and delivering a five-star experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with customers in the showroom, over the phone and online.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and finance options.

Organise test drives and vehicle handovers.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales, and customer information.

Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.

Assist with the presentation of vehicles and the forecourt display.

Deal with complaints and after sales.

Follow up on leads and maintain customer contact throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role (automotive preferred)

Confident communicator with a positive, professional attitude

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Ability to work to targets and under pressure

Passion for cars and helping people

Full UK driving licence
