Responsibilities
:
Drive the business forward to maximise car sales and profits as well as customer satisfaction by close management of each member of the Sales team.
Actively involved in showroom with 2nd facing & stacking deals.
Work to create an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness
Provide guidance, training and motivation to team members of all levels, to maximise individuals' potential and create a strong and focused sales team
Maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Ensuring that the sales process is followed to maximise sales opportunities
Monitor and control profitability of the Sales Department
Liaise with the manufacturer and achieve their volume, CSI and other aspirations as appropriate
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales management
Strong leadership and management skills to guide the sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive successful transactions.
In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
