Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Hammond Cars Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating the car buying process. Your contribution will help enhance our reputation as a top choice for used car buyers.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Facilitate the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with test drives in a relaxed environment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory and promotions. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or automotive sectors. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
