Summary

We are seeking a Car Salesperson to join our team in GB. Based at our dealership, this role is vital in helping us deliver outstanding automotive solutions and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively to prospective buyers. Negotiate sales agreements to meet company targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and industry trends. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and follow-ups. Upsell additional services or vehicle features to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and communication throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in car sales or related automotive sales roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous. Proficiency with CRM software and organizational tools. Demonstrated ability to upsell and manage customer relationships. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
