As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding potential buyers through the sales process, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your role will involve not only selling vehicles but also building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations. Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities. Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and maximise sales opportunities. Maintain an organised showroom environment, ensuring vehicles are presented in an appealing manner. Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inbound inquiries and follow up with potential leads.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging a diverse customer base. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers. Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial for tracking customer interactions and managing leads. A proactive approach to upselling products and services that align with customer needs.
