to help drive our continued success.
Job Overview
As a Salesperson, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving strong individual and team sales results. You'll guide customers through the buying journey--from initial enquiry through to final handover--ensuring professionalism, trust, and satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in identifying suitable vehicles
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
Manage the full sales cycle, including finance and aftersales
Maintain detailed knowledge of vehicle stock and market trends
Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system
Apply effective upselling strategies to maximise sales
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve business targets
What We're Looking For:
Customer-Focused:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sales-Driven:
Strong ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Organised & Tech-Savvy:
Competent using CRM and digital tools
Vehicle Knowledge:
Interest in prestige and performance cars
Full UK Driving Licence:
Manual and automatic (essential)
Weekend Availability:
Willing to work Saturdays and Sundays on rota
Desirable Skills
Experience in sales management or business development
Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
Confidence over phone and email
Multilingual communication (advantageous but not essential)

Qualifications
A-Levels or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive or sales experience
Full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)
Right to work in the UK
