Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented valeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle parking in a busy environment, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the safety and security of vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive various types of vehicles.

Duties

Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly welcome. Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain order. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the parking area, ensuring it is safe for both vehicles and pedestrians. Keep accurate records of parked vehicles and assist with any lost vehicle inquiries.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or parking environment. Valid driving licence with a clean driving record; ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to assist others as needed.
