Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Valetor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be key in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Duties

Thoroughly clean and valet vehicles, both interior and exterior, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve the best results. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards. Drive vehicles safely within the premises, ensuring adherence to all traffic regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns from clients. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that tools and materials are stored correctly. Report any damages or issues with vehicles to management promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A valid driving licence is required; experience in driving various types of vehicles is preferred. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving skills.
