Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a high standard. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a friendly attitude are essential. Prior experience in janitorial services or customer service is advantageous, and a valid driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate car washing equipment efficiently and safely to clean vehicles of all sizes. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs courteously. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including organising supplies and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding the cleaning process or vehicle care. Ensure all vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage during washing and drying procedures. Manage cash transactions accurately if applicable, and support other team members as required.

Requirements

Valid driving licence is preferred, with the ability to drive company vehicles if necessary. Previous experience in janitorial work or customer service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure vehicles are cleaned to a high standard. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner when interacting with customers. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods. A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn new skills and contribute positively to the team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
