The Opportunity: We are delighted to be recruiting for a Card Support Analyst to join our Operations team at our Bristol Head Office. This is a full-time permanent role and offers the benefits of a flexible hybrid working. Typically, this would require 1-2 days in our Bristol office per week with a choice of working from home on the other days (following an initial induction period). The overall purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer and business focused service to Triodos\xe2\x80\x99 external and internal customers, through management of card service workflows, processes, performance, and culture, to achieve high quality results in line with business goals. In addition, key responsibilities will require you to:
  • Support with local projects and change delivery for our Personal Current Account
  • Provide second line support for incident management, acting as an internal SME for card related incidents in addition to providing support and advice to internal stakeholders for card related queries.
  • Balance General Ledger accounts to ensure there are no discrepancies and Personal Current Accounts reflect accurate balances.
  • Support the Card Operations Manager in reviewing Third Party Procedure, Card Scheme, and industry statistics to ensure performance is in line with expectations.
  • Review current processes and submit recommendations for improvements for card management activities to support change within the Bank.
What we are looking for: To be successful in this role you will have good working knowledge experience of business operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional operational services and business change with a clear customer focus. You will be a good team player and able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, communication, and personal time management skills. Previous experience delivering high quality customer service is also essential. Basic knowledge of disputes and chargebacks is preferred, alongside previous experience conducting administration and data analytic tasks in a regulated industry. Offer

In return for your hard work and expertise, you will receive a Full Time Equivalent salary between \xc2\xa329,000 - \xc2\xa335,000 depending on experience, plus access to our extensive benefits package, where most of our benefits are non-contributory. Our benefits include:
