We are looking for staff, particularly for the Autumn and Winter season of 2025! This will include concerts and sport events based in and around Cardiff, and working alongside Transport For Wales.

an Event Steward

role is

including Holiday Pay.

IMPORTANT

: due to the nature of the events industry, the contract we are offering is a

fixed-term

contract

. We

cannot guarantee

you will work the same number of hours every month, as some months are busier than others. Please bear this in mind.

Responsibilities

Work alongside our operations team to deliver

excellent customer care services

Provide

information and direction

to customers Comply with the
