Radius was born on the 8th of January 1990 as a fuel card business called UK Fuels, located above a hair dressing salon in the village of Holmes Chapel about 25 miles south of Manchester.
Forward the clock to the present day, Radius now has six integrated business units that operate across 19 countries globally with nearly 3000 employees!
A key position has become available within the Cards department. You will be responsible for the supervision of a team of 5 people who manage the card processes for UK, Ireland and European cards. You will oversee the ordering, stopping/releasing and despatching of own brand and oil company cards ensuring service levels are maintained throughout all processes. Effective people management skills are a key part of the role as you will be expected to monitor, motivate and mentor the team to ensure best performance within a busy and fast moving environment.
Key Tasks:
Staff supervision, coaching, development and training.
Monitor SLA's and FCRs to ensure critical tasks are completed
Measurement and reporting of team activity, to include target setting and monitoring of team performance & productivity
Reviewing standard procedures, managing procedure changes and upgrading systems
Communicating effectively with other areas of the business
Staff motivation
Work with and support the Cards manager and project team with ongoing projects
Sending Daily card production files to various manufacturers.
Data analysis and presentations.
