Care Administrator - Domiciliary Care Agency (Aberdeen)



Location: Aberdeen

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: 12.21 - 13.00 per hour (depending on experience)



About the Role



Our client is a busy, friendly domiciliary care agency based in Aberdeen, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes. They are looking for a Care Administrator to join the office team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a caring, people-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and emails Supporting carers with general queries Keeping records accurate, up to date and well organised Assisting with rotas, timesheets and general admin tasks Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration Liaising with clients and families when needed Supporting compliance and regulatory administration
What We're Looking For



Strong admin and organisational skills

Confident using email, Word and basic office systems

Friendly, professional and approachable

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Good attention to detail and confidentiality awareness

Experience working within a regulated care environment is highly desirable, particularly knowledge of Scottish care regulations and the Care Inspectorate.
