As a Care Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by overseeing the daily operations of our care facility. Your leadership will ensure that we provide exceptional care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment that supports both residents and staff, while also managing essential administrative tasks.
What you'll do
Lead and supervise daily operations in assisted living, nursing home, and memory care settings
Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, focusing on their specific needs including Alzheimer's and dementia care
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
Oversee medication administration processes to ensure compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to coordinate comprehensive care strategies
Maintain financial oversight through budgeting and resource allocation for optimal facility operations
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to long-term care and senior services
Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages social interaction among residents
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in senior care management or related fields such as social work or nursing
Preferred qualifications
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in group home settings
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence
