As a Care and business development Manager, you will oversee the growth of the business, the delivery of personalised care plans and ensuring that each client receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.
Business development
We are seeking a person who has a proven record of attracting and successfully enrolling private care clients. As the person responsible for the growth of the business you will have a network and connections to take the business to the next level. You must be a go getter and a person who pushes for results. You will need to be a results driven person.

Business development Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities by creating partnerships with stakeholders
Mapping a business development strategy and implementing it.
Stakeholder engagement
Leading contract negotiations
Creating a measurable success and evaluation system
Ensuring business development goals are met
Act as the Client Relationship Manager for all client communication
Care Management Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of caregivers
Providing leadership and support to ensure high quality care delivery.
Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and wellbeing, adjusting care plans as necessary in coordination with Supervisors.
Coordinate and enforce CQC compliance matters.
Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in care
Foster a supportive environment for clients and their families, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client care activities and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance the overall quality of care provided.
Experience
Previous experience in homecare business development is essential.
A background in management or senior care is highly essential.
Demonstrated experience in business development in domiciliary care settings
Demonstrated experience in empathetic leadership
Developing care plans and managing staff essential.
Supervisory experience within a domiciliary care environment is preferred.
Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's care practices is beneficial.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to clients and staff alike.
