What You'll Do:
As a Care and Support Assistant, you'll be the superhero in someone's story. Your mission? To provide compassionate care, practical help, and emotional support to individuals who need a little extra assistance to continue living independently in their own homes. No two days will be the same - from helping with daily tasks to sharing laughs over a cup of tea, you'll be a trusted companion and a friendly face.

Key Responsibilities;
Assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Drive to individuals' homes as needed, providing reliable transportation for care services.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members.
Support clients in maintaining their independence while fostering a positive and respectful environment.
Shift Times;
- 7am - 230pm
- 3pm - 1030pm
