We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our friendly team in the United Kingdom. Based in Elmbridge, Surrey this role is vital in providing high-quality personal care and support to our clients, embodying our commitment to compassionate service and making a positive difference every day.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes. Develop and follow tailored care plans to meet individual needs. Support clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Promote independence and dignity for all clients. Adhere to company policies and health & safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience or interest in home care or related fields. Excellent communication skills in English. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others. Basic IT skills for documentation purposes. Flexibility and reliability are essential qualities.
