Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their own homes and the wider community, ensuring their well-being and assisting them in achieving their daily goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care Foster a supportive environment by encouraging social interaction and participation in activities. Drive service users to appointments or social events as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during transport. Communicate effectively with service users, families, and team members to ensure a high standard of care is maintained.

Requirements

Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Driving licence and business car insurance. DBS checked or willing to apply. A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals in need. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the service demands.
