Sunley Court, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting now for two Care and Support Workers.
This is an exciting time to be joining the friendly and supportive team at Sunley Court. You will play a major part in providing the domiciliary care service to our residents and promoting Independent Living to the over 55's.
This is domiciliary care with a difference. Everything is in one location meaning no travelling between jobs!

Are you currently a Care Assistant or Support Worker who is compassionate, patient, and personable and looking to progress your career with a forward-thinking Care Provider? If so, we would like to hear from you.

• Role: Care and Support Worker x 2 - Mornings
• Hours: 21 hours per week x1 (3 shifts), 28 hours per week x2 (4 shifts)
• Salary: 14,190 per annum (12.96 per hour)
• Location: Sunley Court, Pipers Hill Road, Kettering, NN15 7RJ

As a Care and Support Worker, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
• Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
• Encourage independence and self-belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Person Specification

• Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
• Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
• Passionate about delivering a quality care service
• Flexible with hours.
