We're looking for

inspirational, compassionate, and resilient female Support Workers

to join our 24/7 supported accommodation service for vulnerable young women aged

18-25

. This role is about more than providing support -- it's about nurturing potential, empowering independence, and helping each young woman build the confidence to create a brighter future.



You'll work closely with young women facing complex challenges, including mental health struggles and crisis situations. Collaboration is key -- you'll work in partnership with

Social Services

and other multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic, trauma-informed support tailored to each customer's needs.



You'll work flexibly across a

Monday to Sunday rota

, covering a mix of

day and waking night shifts

, ensuring 24/7 support is always available.

Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with young women to support their journey towards independence and social inclusion. Provide crisis intervention and emotional support, helping customers navigate challenging situations with compassion and calm. Develop and implement

personalized support plans and risk assessments

rooted in

Trauma-Informed Care (TIC

) and

Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE)

principles. Collaborate with

Social Services

and external agencies to provide holistic, wraparound support. Inspire a positive, nurturing culture that empowers young women to build resilience and take control of their lives.


We're looking for passionate individuals who:

Understand what

exceptional person-centred support

looks like and strive to deliver it every day. Have experience supporting young people at risk, former

LAC (Looked After Children)

, or those

Leaving Care

. Are skilled at handling

mental health crises

and

challenging behaviours

with empathy and professionalism. Possess excellent communication, IT, writing, and reporting skills. Can confidently conduct meaningful key-working sessions, offering guidance and emotional support. Know how to

de-escalate situations

and use problem-solving skills to create safe spaces. Are experts in developing, reviewing, and embedding

support plans and risk assessments

. Excel at building positive relationships with external agencies and customer support networks. Embrace our
