We're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team and help enrich the lives of those we support. Valley Road is a Day Service that offers support over five days Monday to Friday. Providing daytime support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex care needs.
What You'll Do
Support individuals to explore their strengths and achieve personal goals
Encourage independence and community involvement
Facilitate access to local facilities and activities
Lead and participate in centre-based activities including:
Arts & crafts, Music, Cooking and Gardening
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care
Use equipment to assist with safe transfers
Always uphold the wishes and dignity of the individuals you support
