Salary: 13.47 to 14.13 per hour, plus 30 payment for weekend shifts worked and 44 payment for night shifts worked

We are recruiting Relief Care and Support Workers to join our dedicated teams at Jubilee Lodge Short Breaks Service. We have various Part Time contracted hours available as we are a 24/7 service, this will include weekend and sleep in shifts. We are looking for people with the right values and behaviours to join us, could this be you?

About the Role:

You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and Autism in a person-centred way. Whether it's helping someone access community activities, supporting their independence, along with their personal care needs or simply being a friendly face. Having a full driving licence would be an advantage but not essential. We are an active community, so try to get out and about as much as possible. no two days are the same!



You don't need to have previous experience of working in care, nor do you need qualifications, we will support you with specific training and qualifications required for the role. We are keen to recruit someone who is passionate about working with the people we support and who can help us ensure our workplace values are at the heart of everything we do.
