What You'll Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, you'll be a trusted companion and a vital part of someone's journey. You'll:

Provide caring, person-centred support tailored to each individual Help with daily routines like personal care, meals, and medication Encourage independence and support people to make their own choices Join in with fun activities--from walks and outings to games and music Build strong relationships with supported people, families, and colleagues Keep records up to date and follow care plans with confidence Be a positive presence, even during challenging moments
What We're Looking For:

A caring, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others Great communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow--training is provided! Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus, but not essential
