THE ROLE:

We are a well-established care agency who pride ourselves on providing a person centred, bespoke service to meet our client's needs.

We provide a range of services to people in their own homes, and are looking to recruit reliable, empathetic, and caring individuals, of any level of experience (all training will be provided) to join our friendly and professional team.

We are keen to meet with people who have an interest in the caring profession, and are seeking to gain valuable skills for the future or if you are seeking a different path and are looking to retrain and apply your life experiences to a new role. We have opportunities for people wishing to work around family commitments, or who are returning to work after being full time homemakers.

We offer very competitive rates of pay and flexible working hours and provide all training fully paid. If you are successful, you will be supported to complete a programme of training that will enable you to meet the needs of our clients and will be offered the opportunity to gain NVQ qualification up to level 4.

Any successful candidates will need to have reliable access to a fully insured and roadworthy vehicle and must hold a full driver's licence.

Care assistant requirements:



Show good Communication skills. Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable adults. No previous experience is required as full training is provided. Be reliable and flexible. Show initiative and the ability to perform under pressure. Empathetic and forward thinking.

Please note, that we are looking to recruit carers who can work in and around the Heathfield, East Sussex area. We cover an area based around Heathfield and the outlying villages and towns such as Uckfield, Heathfield, Horam, Hailsham and the small villages between.

Pay: 14.21-17.68 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
