About the Role:

As a Care Assistant you will look after our residents' health, wellbeing and happiness. Above all, you will be helping our residents feel comfortable and safe while they enjoy an exceptional quality of life in an atmosphere of respect, trust and joy.

This role includes:

Digital

monitoring and recording of residents' health and well-being Personal Care Completing handovers Liaising with health professionals and relatives Supporting residents with high quality, person centred care Answering call bells Providing emotional support and companionship Assisting with mobility Accompanying residents to appointments Assisting with feeding

Essentials:

Knowledge with

digital

care note recording Requirements of latest care standards and relevant legislation Previous experience working in elderly residential care Ability to work flexible hours and weekends Previous Care experience Excellent IT Skills

Minimum required experience to apply:

Minimum of 12 months experience in an

elderly care home

At least 6 months experience using a mobile or tablet to record care notes

Required certifications:

NVQ Level 2 / Care Certificate or willingness to complete Dementia Awareness Certificate
