We are looking for late afternoon/evening Care Assistants.

Excellent rates of pay starting from 14.25 per hour + mileage CASH BONUS referral scheme PAID Meet and Greet (meet clients before providing any care) Comprehensive in-house training Most care calls are one hour or longer Fully funded opportunities to study NVQ 2, 3, 4 & 5 (with time allowances to study) No uniforms (we like our Care Assistants to look like friends or family when visiting or out with clients) DBS fully reimbursed after probation Social events and regular awards for high performers Blue Light discount card (great saving in shops, restaurants and many other venues)

What do we need from you?

Ideally, you will:

Live in the Medway area Hold a full UK driving licence (or equivalent) Have access to your own vehicle Be able to work alternate weekends Have the right to work in the UK (please note: we are unable to provide Certificates of Sponsorship) Be willing to attend our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office

What will your role involve?

Every day is different, but tasks may include:

Providing companionship (hobbies, shopping trips, days out, and more) Supporting with medication Offering personal care (sometimes only minimal assistance is needed) Helping clients living with Dementia Preparing meals Light housekeeping ...and so much more that makes a real difference to our clients' lives.
