We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality support to individuals in care homes or receiving home care services. Duties

Assisting residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders Supporting individuals with their care plans tailored to their specific needs Providing companionship and emotional support to residents or clients Ensuring a safe and clean environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team Driving or accompanying residents on outings or appointments as required

Experience

Previous experience working within a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of care plans and understanding of individual needs is advantageous Proficiency in IT systems used for record keeping and communication Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate transportation duties Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: 12.22-12.75 per hour
