Overview
The Beeches Residential Home is a small home based in Armthorpe. We are looking for a reliable and caring Care Assistant to support the home with shifts where needed. We are looking for someone who is looking at making a difference and helping to provide the best care possible at all times. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care tasks, oral care and hygiene. Assist residents with mobility and transfers Promote independence Assist residents at mealtimes Read and review care plans if necessary To undertake duties as required and asked by the senior leading the shift
Skills
NVQ in Health and Social Care Preferable A willingness to care for older adults within a care home environment Good reading and writing skills Good use of technology

Pay: 12.33 per hour
