Responsibilities

Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance. Implement and follow care plans tailored to each resident's specific needs. Maintain accurate records of residents' progress and any changes in their condition. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to care practices. Drive residents to appointments or social activities as required (valid driving license preferred).

Skills

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team members. Experience in a care home or home care environment is advantageous but not essential. Empathy and patience when dealing with individuals requiring assistance. Attention to detail in following care plans and documenting resident progress accurately.
