Care Assistants in Balsall Common and surrounding areas

to provide high-quality

domiciliary care

. We have both

part-time care jobs

full-time care jobs

available with flexible shifts to suit you. We particularly need Carers available for

mornings (7am9am)

and

evenings (7pm10pm)

, including alternate or regular weekend shifts.

Requirements for Care Assistant / Carer jobs:

A

caring, compassionate, and reliable nature

Full UK Driving Licence

, access to a car, and

Previous experience in

care work

is desirable but not essential we provide comprehensive training

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant / Home Carer:

Deliver

person-centred domiciliary care

in clients' own homes Support with

personal care, meal preparation, medication administration,

and

companionship

Help clients maintain independence and dignity Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
