The beautiful Penhurst Gardens care home are now recruiting due to expansion!

We have 24, 36 & 48 hour contracts for either the Days or Nights.

Location of our care home is in the beautiful Chipping Norton!

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant you will make a real difference in people's lives every day with a rewarding career. You will care for our residents as though they are your own family, ensuring the physical, social, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Daily responsibilities in this role include:

Respect each resident as an individual, tailoring care to their personal needs and preferences according to their care plan. Support residents with daily living activities including; washing, toileting, dressing and grooming. Promote choice, dignity, and independence through person-centred care. Support residents during mealtimes and ensure they have access to food and refreshments whenever they wish Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through kindness, empathy, and compassion with residents.
