Bank Care Assistant - Hazel End (Anchor)



Location: Hazel End, Bishop's Stortford



Hours: Flexible shifts, including weekend availability



Rate of Pay: 12.94 per hour



With NVQ Qualification: 13.54 per hour

Hazel End is a modern, purpose-built care home in Bishop's Stortford, providing exceptional residential and dementia care. Known for its friendly atmosphere and high standards, Hazel End is a place where residents feel truly at home and staff are proud to work.


What You'll Do:



As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll deliver compassionate, person-centred care and support to our residents, working shifts that suit both you and the needs of the home. Your responsibilities will include:


Assisting with personal care and everyday tasks Supporting at mealtimes and with mobility Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues Ensuring dignity, independence, and respect are upheld at all times

What We're Looking For:




A caring and reliable nature Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends An NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable (and comes with enhanced pay!)
