Hawthorn Court Care Home is looking for experienced and dependable Bank Care Assistants to support our residents during overnight hours. This flexible role is ideal for those who enjoy night work and want to pick up shifts around existing commitments.

About Hawthorn Court

Hawthorn Court is a 22-bed residential care home in Swansea specialising in dementia and elderly care. Our home has a warm, close-knit atmosphere where residents are supported with dignity, comfort, and compassion.

Your Role

Providing personal care throughout the night Supporting residents with mobility, continence, and comfort Offering reassurance and emotional support Assisting with early morning routines and handovers Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards

What We're Looking For

? Minimum of 1 year's experience in a UK care home
? Strong understanding of dementia care
? Calm, compassionate, and reliable nature
? NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
