Care Assistant

at our home. Experience is not essential, but desired, as training will be provided along with a comprehensive induction program.

What you'll be doing:



Providing care and support to residents in our home Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility. Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well-being Engaging in activities with residents to promote socialization and mental and emotional stimulation Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families Collaborating with the care & nursing team to ensure high-quality care is delivered Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
