The Role:
Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, oral hygiene, and mobility support
Administer medication and monitor health and wellbeing
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and supporting residents during mealtimes
Keep residents' rooms tidy, change bedding, and manage laundry
Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
Help residents maintain independence, dignity, and individuality
Support social activities and outings, including hospital visits
Communicate effectively with residents' families and other care professionals
Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents' condition

Can build good, credible relationships with staff, residents and their families
Must be flexible to work both Day and Nights Shifts.
Flexible to cover shifts when required - Our homes operate 7 days per week, 365 days per year
