Responsibilities

Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals with mobility and physical activities as needed. Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the individual's condition to senior staff. Follow care plans meticulously to ensure that each individual's needs are met effectively. Engage residents or clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Drive clients to appointments or social outings when required.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential. Ability to understand and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving. A valid driving licence is essential.
