Key Responsibilities:
Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship. Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence. Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes.
Requirements:
Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals. Previous experience is desired but not required--full training provided. Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
