About Us:

Holbrook Hall is a warm and welcoming residential care home for the elderly, set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside just outside Derby. Our historic William and Mary-style country house is surrounded by four acres of landscaped gardens, providing a peaceful and supportive environment for our residents. We pride ourselves on offering professional, compassionate care while promoting independence and dignity.

The Role:

We are looking for a caring and reliable

Care Assistant

to join our dedicated team. You will provide essential support to our residents, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, eating, and mobility. Support residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring safety. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Contribute to a positive and respectful environment within the home.

What We're Looking For:

A compassionate and patient nature. Strong communication skills in English (Required). NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential). Previous experience in a care setting is an advantage but not necessary - training will be provided.
