Your Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will deliver a professional, friendly and person centred care to each of our resident's. You will help create a safe, warm, and comforting environment where dignity and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Be a champion for residents' safety, dignity, and wellbeing Deliver care (as well as personal care) in line with best practices and Walden Care policies Maintain accurate records and clear communication Collaborate with GPs and health professionals to support residents' clinical needs Promote a professional image through your conduct and appearance Complete all mandatory training and competency assessments

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for care and commitment to our residents Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit Respectful, empathetic, and inclusive approach to care Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow with us Experience of working within a Care Home or Care environment Level 3 in Health and Social Care, desirable but not essential
We are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be able to go through an Enhanced DBS check.

Pay: 12.55 per hour
